This 1 star review is only for the short guy working on the 6th May (he’s not normally there - I assume he was cover?)
He was rude to an elderly customer in front of me who was putting her money away. Told her to hurry up and move. (Shouted).
And then when it was my turn, no hello or anything. Face like a smacked bottom. He then threw (and I mean threw) my packages into the bins behind with no regard. Awful attitude.
And he was Slamming the door where you pass parcels through. Very rude.
The rest of the staff are pleasant - shame about this guy.

Just went to collect a parcel using a Swiss driving license for ID as I do every single time I collect a parcel. As well as telling me that my license had expired (it hadn’t - she was looking at date of issue) the lady (who I’ve never seen before and hope to never see again) started questioning whether I drive in the UK and claimed that I was driving illegally?!? She then informed me that she was going to contact the DVLA?!? So - this lady informed me that she plans to take my data, obtained through her workplace, and share it with a third party organisation and essentially accused me of being a criminal!! 😂 GDPR seemingly means very little to her 😬 She was also angry that the license had no expiry date?!? Sorry I don’t make Swiss laws post office lady?!? Anyway, a thoroughly unpleasant experience and a thoroughly unpleasant and grossly unprofessional woman. Head office complaint made 🤷🏼♀️
